TÓM TẮT :
Trình bày 2 bệnh nhân là 2 chị em bị đa políp đường tiêu hóa trong Hội chứng Peutz - Jeghers đã được chẩn đoán lồng ruột và điều trị bằng phẫu thuật nội soi: cắt đại tràng và cắt ruột non, cắt políp qua mở ruột. Chẩn đoán lồng ruột do đa políp trong hội chứng Peutz - Jeghers không khó. Đây là bệnh có tính di truyền, với các đặc điểm lâm sàng đặc thù: các nốt sắc tố quanh môi miệng, má, đầu các chi và đa políp đường tiêu hóa nhất là ở đại tràng và ruột non, đôi khi có ở dạ dày. Kết quả điều trị phẫu thuật nội soi cắt rộng rãi ruột già và ruột non thì an toàn, và hạn chế đường mổ.

ABSTRACT :
Presenting two patients, who are siblings in a family, have the digestive polyps of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome that were diagnosed on the invagination and laparoscopic surgery treatments: colectomy, small intestinal resection, and polypectomy. It is not difficult on intestinal invagination diagnosis in Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome. It is the genetic disease with the typical clinical characteristics: hyper-pigments around mouth, cheeks, on the limbs, and multi-polyps of digestive system, especially it is on the large intestine and small intestine, or sometimes it is appeared on the stomach. The results of the laparoscopic surgery treatment is safe on the resection of the large intestine and small intestine, and limit the incision.
